A contracting authority must draw up a report, including certain information, for each procurement procedure above the thresholds (not B-Services). This report must include details of the subject matter and value of the contract or framework agreement, the name of the tenderer that was awarded the contract and the reasons for the decision, the names of the candidates selected and the reasons why they were chosen. The information that a report must contain is prescribed by Chapter 9, Article 12 of LOU and Article 14 of the Ordinance on Public Procurement and Procurement within the Water, Energy, Transport and Postal Services Sectors (2007:1099).
