The contracting authority awards the contract according to the principle for evaluation stated in the contract notice and the contract documents.
The contract will be awarded either to the most economically advantageous tender based on the evaluation criteria specified by the authority or the tender that has the lowest price.
The contracting authority may not accept a tender that does not satisfy the requirements of the contract documents. Nor is it permitted to consider criteria other than those specified. An offer that has not been requested in the contract documents may not be considered when choosing a supplier.
