Company: Information to send with your tip-off
When a company sends a complaint regarding an anti-competitive collaboration, abuse of a dominant position, or anti-competitive public sales operations, we need certain information along with the tip-off.
When we have received your tip-off
When we receive a tip-off or complaint, an assessment is made in each individual case as to whether or not the matter should be reviewed further. The assessment is made with a basis in our prioritisation policy.
In practice, this means that we collect enough support for making a prioritisation decision on whether or not to review the matter. We will get back to you, the provider of the tip-off, whether or not we decide to review the matter.
Contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +46(0)8 700 16 00; we will answer your questions and explain anything that is unclear.
