Horizontal anticompetitive cooperation

Here you will find the decisions and judgments from the Patent and Market Court and the Patent and Market Court of Appeal in competition cases as well as the decisions or summons applications made by the Swedish Competition Authority before the case went to court. Order, under penalty of a conditional fine of SEK 1 million, to change certain terms in the Swedish Motorsport Federation’s rules which prevented licensed drivers and volunteers from participating in contests other than those arranged by the Federation’s members. SBF appealed the order to the Market Court.
